Thank you to you and also Katie the wedding manager on dealing with any queries I had about my dad.
Nothing was an issue and the day, everything went absolutely amazing things ran on time and Lauren was there if we needed her.

“What made the experience even more special was the incredible team behind it all. Our wedding coordinator, Lauren, was simply amazing. From the planning stages right through to the big day, she was so supportive, organised and genuinely caring. She made everything feel effortless and ensured every little detail was exactly how we imagined it.
We also have to mention Jordan on reception, who was so friendly and helpful throughout. From the first interactions to the day itself, Jordan made both us and our guests feel so welcome and looked after it really made a difference and added to the whole experience.
The venue itself is beautiful and created such a perfect backdrop for our day, but it’s the people who truly made it unforgettable. Everything flowed so smoothly, and the atmosphere from start to finish was just incredible.
Looking back, we feel so grateful. The Carlton Hotel didn’t just host our wedding they helped create memories we will cherish forever. We wouldn’t change a single thing.”

But a special mention to Katie our wedding co-ordinator. We cannot express our thanks enough for her professionalism and kindness right from the first time we met her.

“Our wedding was perfect from start to finish. Bridal party stayed the night before, the food was amazing, restaurant staff were brilliant and great with the kids, the menu is also really good.
The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy and everyone commented on the comfortable beds! Reception staff were also really helpful and friendly throughout.
The bridal getting ready room the morning of the wedding was unreal, beautiful big room for us all, space to hang dresses, huge table where they served us breakfast and lots of areas for hair and make up. Again staff looking after us were brilliant.
The wedding went extremely smooth and staff were brilliant, kept us all organised, tables were set exactly how we wanted and the day wasn’t rushed at all! We also had all of our stuff waiting for us the next morning all ready to go.
Another point to make was we had an owners/management change during the build up to our wedding, honestly wouldn’t have even known as it went smoothly and change over was brilliant!
Big thanks to the wedding team, highly recommend Jessica and Katie. Also the staff behind the scenes and chef were amazing. Special thanks to the wedding coordinator for working closely with us throughout and she was so nice, professional and extremely organised.

When the hotel changed ownership during the lead-up to our wedding, it was naturally a worrying time for us, however from our very first conversations, you put our minds completely at ease. Your reassurance, professionalism, and commitment gave us every confidence that our wedding day would be everything we had hoped for-and you certainly delivered.
From the moment we arrived until the very end of the evening, every member of staff was absolutely fantastic.
Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us and all of our guests feel so well looked after throughout the entire day.
The food was simply outstanding—10 out of 10. We received non-stop compliments from our guests about how delicious every course was, and it was wonderful to hear so many people saying how much they enjoyed their meal.
The décor was exactly how we had imagined it, and in fact, it exceeded all of our expectations. The beautiful new decor throughout the hotel created such an elegant atmosphere and every detail was perfect. The fabulous new honeymoon suite quite simply took our breath away. It was the perfect place to end the most amazing day, and it made our first night as husband and wife even more special.
Together with Fiona and Elise from Glow weddings and events, Seeing everything come together so beautifully was incredibly emotional, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our special day.
We also absolutely loved the Instagram video you shared. It was such a lovely surprise and a wonderful way to relive some of the magical moments from the day. It’s something we will treasure and enjoy looking back on for years to come.
